Our story
In 2020 we bought Glan Morfa Farmhouse that required extensive renovations. As a family we have made good friends in the local community. Anglesey is very welcoming place and we have embraced the Welsh culture and language.
Glan Morfa Farm is tucked away in a quiet coastal location close to Newborough (Niwbwrch) and LLanddwyn beach. It sits amongst four acres of wild meadows with an orchard. Located in a special landscape area there are outstanding views to enjoy and a sunset that never fails to inspire and at night magical starry skies.
We are now able to share this with our visitors as we have built two beautiful Shepherd huts for the ultimate rural escape. Fully equipped and built on sustainable principles with solar lighting and composting toilet you will experience a different type of getaway. You can also stay in our cabin that sleeps four if you want to relax and look at the view over the salt marshes.
If you are staying with us, you can explore the historic landscape and attractions that Anglesey has to offer on one of our electric bikes. Visit local attractions such as; Halen Mon (Anglesey Sea Salt), the Sea Zoo, the Model Village, Tacla Taid (the Motor Museum) the Stepping Stones and of course the numerous beaches and acres of forestry. The picturesque villages of Malltraeth, Aberffraw and Rhosneigr are easy to reach also.
